Yes! You can add a custom domain to all plans on IndieMade.
How do I add my custom domain to my IndieMade site?
Add the custom domain to your site details at account.indiemade.com (please note this is a different site than your main IndieMade site). The account pages keep track of your subscriptions and custom domains for all sites you have on the IndieMade platform.
Adding your custom domain to your account page lets us know about your custom domain. But you still need to let your domain host provider know about your IndieMade site. You will do this by modifying your DNS records and adding a CNAME for the 'www' portion of your domain that points to your IndieMade URL.
The example belows shows a CNAME entry in Google Domains for a custom domain www.handmade.com pointing to the IndieMade URL handmade.indiemade.com
My order came through PayPal but does not show up in my IndieMade orders?
If you are using PayPal checkout, sometimes we do not receive the IPN notification from PayPal (Instant Payment Notification). In these cases on the Orders page check the Carts tab. It may be set to 'In Checkout' If this is the case and you have verified payment set the order to payment received. We also highly recommend using PayPal Payments method instead. This only requires that you add a couple keys during setup that PayPal provides.

It's important to note that IndieMade is your own independent sales e-commerce platform, not a marketplace. This means that it's your responsibility to drive traffic to your site and generate sales. There are several ways to drive quality traffic to your IndieMade website.
